We’re looking for Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants who can hit the ground running. You’ll be a key part of the teaching team, helping to shape a positive and inclusive classroom experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that spark curiosity and excitement

• Offering dedicated 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra guidance

• Helping maintain a calm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Encouraging independent thinking and building confidence through meaningful interaction

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

• Proven classroom experience supporting learners of varied abilities

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with pupils and staff
