Account Manager - Logistics Services
Location: Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

We're working with a rapidly growing logistics services provider, with an impressive and expanding portfolio of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that prioritises its people and fosters a fantastic culture of empowerment and teamwork.
This role has opened up due to a well-deserved internal promotion, reflecting our client's commitment to career development. You'll be joining a small, close-knit, and supportive Client Services team, working alongside another Account Manager and reporting directly to the Client Services Manager.
What you'll be doing:
You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth operations. This means:
- Building client relationships: Becoming their trusted point of contact.
- Operational support: Processing orders, managing deliveries, invoicing, and liaising with clients on stock and tracking.
- Kitting coordination: Organising and costing kitting jobs with the warehouse team.
- Team collaboration: Working closely with onsite teams and colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Contributing to growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling.
What you'll bring:
- Solid customer service or client-facing experience.
- Ideally - previous experience gained in, or knowledge of, logistics / warehouse operations.
- A strong desire to learn the ins and outs of account management and logistics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Strong technical abilities and IT skills
- The right attitude: Hard-working, adaptable, and genuinely keen to contribute.
