The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in music education or related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in music theory, history, and performance
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and student success
The Role:
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments and a strong foundation in music theory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to connect and engage students of all abilities.
- The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for music education and the ability to inspire students.
- Strong commitment to professional development and staying abreast of current trends and practices in music education.
