MRO Support Manager

The MRO Support Manager will focus on delivering operational output while the MRO Technical Manager handles the technical aspects of the repair process. The MRO Operations Manager will oversee regulatory compliance and major personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of the repair plan in alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings to coordinate day-to-day activities across the repair cells.
• Collaborate with site functional teams to resolve issues impacting the repair plan, including Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality departments.
• Oversee resource availability, training needs, and team administration, including holidays and absence management.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ operatives, including handling people processes such as holidays, absences, and return-to-work procedures.

Desirable Attributes:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Proven experience in an MRO, Part 145 environment.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various functional teams and stakeholders.
