As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to foster confidence and trust.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Motivate all pupils to reach their full potential academically and personally.
- Collaborate effectively with the teaching team, assisting with lesson design, development, and delivery.
- Aid teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and working with small groups of students to enhance learning.
- Ensure classrooms are safe and tidy, providing a conducive environment for learning.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be committed to child safety.
- Possess a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
