As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to foster confidence and trust.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Motivate all pupils to reach their full potential academically and personally.
  • Collaborate effectively with the teaching team, assisting with lesson design, development, and delivery.
  • Aid teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and working with small groups of students to enhance learning.
  • Ensure classrooms are safe and tidy, providing a conducive environment for learning.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be committed to child safety.
  • Possess a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
