Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-standard deliveries via the Pallet Track Network, meeting KPI obligations.
  • Manage full-load business operations and optimise fleet efficiency.
  • Lead and support the Driving Team, ensuring compliance with planning expectations.
  • Identify and address under-performance, working closely with Management and drivers.
  • Oversee compliance on driver hours, vehicle defects, and infringements to meet regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to refine processes.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring quality while driving operational efficiencies.

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with both customers and drivers.
