The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on expanding our client base, forging key partnerships, and ensuring our services reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business growth plans within the care sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including contracts, tenders, and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS bodies, private care providers, GPs, nurses etc.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for expansion.

  • Work closely with operational teams to align business development strategies with service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
