Job role: Development Baker
To produce kitchen samples for customer submission meetings inline with NPD technologist/manager requirements. This role will be working with another Baker providing and maintaining high quality standards of varied cupcakes/cakes/loafs.
The company are going through an expansion due to the recent winning of another major contract.
The business is open to people from a varied skill set as training can be provided for someone who has the passion for baking.You will have the opportunity to grow and progress with a company who are the biggest in the area employing 250+ staff.
Experience working within the food industry is essential, ideally within bakery.
Knowledge and experience of bakery ingredient functionality
Understanding of HACCP Principle
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate in all aspects of Microsoft Office
Food Hygiene Qualified
Salary:30K
