Credit Controller / Ballymena / Permanent
Reed Recruitment is excited to be working with a local business in Ballymena, assisting them with the recruitment of a full-time, permanent Credit Controller.
This is a full time permanent opportunity, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm with a 3pm finish every other Friday.

The successful applicant will be required to complete the duties:
• Timely + effective collection of all debts and customer payments for a group of three companies• Promptly + efficiently resolve queries both internally and externally• Providing copy invoice and POD’s• Agree credit account applications –run credit checks when necessary• Process customer credit card payments• Bank + credit card postings• Resolve issues with short payments + customer remittances• Prepare bank lodgements• Complete monthly EC sales, including VAT number checks• Complete monthly intrastate returns• Regularly liaise with sales team regarding customer accounts
Essential Experience
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a similar credit control role and experience completing financial duties would be preferred• IT Proficient to include MS Excel. Pervious experience working with MS Navision software would be an advantage.
