Our client is an innovative family-run manufacturer based in Banbury, They are looking for an experienced Internal Accounts Manager to join their Sales team in a full-time permanent role. You will be responsible for maximising sales and upselling company products to maximise regional sales, This role reports to the Sales Director. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience in Sales or Account management with a proven track record in hitting targets & KPI’s.   Key Responsibilities:  
  • Drive sales & upsell products into your region.
  • Promote new products, promotions and product launches to distributors.
  • Researching and comparing competitor products.
  • Reach out to leads and prospects, Qualify and identify their wants and needs before passing on to Territory & Business Development Managers
  • Regularly contact customers in the region to establish relationships and resolve any issues.
  • Create Quotes and maintain the CRM system.
  • Support Territory Sales team with sales administration and customer appointments.
  Key Skills & Experience:  
  • Previous experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • A proven track record in Hitting targets and KPI’s.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRMs.
  • Delivering First class customer service
  • Great attention to detail and Commercial awareness.
  • Ambitious, energetic and inquisitive nature.
  Additional Information: 
  • Monday to Thursday, 9.30 am – 3 pm and Friday, 9.30 am – 2 pm.
  • This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
