Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Banbury (Close to the M40)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm)
Salary: 24,960 per annum

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of their production line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Performing quality checks on finished products to identify defects or issues.
- Assisting with the setup, changeover, and maintenance of production machinery.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
