M4 Recruitment are seeking Brand Ambassador Drivers for our client based at Chipping Warden. This is a temp to perm position, with an immediate start available.


Job Role

To work as a Driver to deliver and collect Prestige Vehicles for some of the largest fleets across the UK, alongside new and used vehicle movements for leasing companies, dealerships and online retailers. 

Hours of work - Monday to Friday

Salary £11.84 ph


Key Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles to designated destination in a timely and efficient manner, observing road safety regulations and speed limits at all times
  • Drive a range of vehicles with different engine sizes confidently and responsibly.
  • Ensure optimal condition of the product by thorough inspection of each vehicle prior to departure.
  • Deliver a brand specific experience, handover vehicle in a professional manner to the client explaining controls and features etc., and ensure all relevant signatures obtained.
  • Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner at all times, ensuring brand knowledge is up to date and relevant.
  • Ensure Driver Operations are notified of any vehicle damage or issues immediately.
  • Undertake any prescribed training, as required our client.
  • Undertake such other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request.

Experience & Skills

Essential

  • A minimum of 2 year’s driving experience.
  • A skilled, competent driver who enjoys being on the road.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points and be able to provide proof of this.
  • Engaging and proactive customer service skills, along with great personal presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Competent in IT skills, specifically MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Logical and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and in control when interacting with clients, employees and repairers, especially when handling sensitive situations regarding vehicle damage.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of role
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Smart in appearance and appropriately dressed.
  • Use of public transport is required occasionally (bus and taxi fares reimbursed, train tickets supplied).

Desirable

  • Experience of driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the latest electric vehicle technologies as well as more traditionally fuelled vehicles.

Our Clients insurance policy dictates that they are unable to employ drivers who have a drink drive conviction within the past ten years, who have been disqualified or who are under 25 years of age.
