£28,000- £30,000 per annum (DOE)

I have partnered with a leading wholesale supplier based in Banbury who are looking to expand their internal IT Support Team. His position would be great for someone looking to take a step up into their career into 1st/2nd line.

Responsibilities:

• Providing internal support to employees
• New user setups/account creations
• Troubleshoot & diagnose hardware/software issues
• Work on incident cases
• Prioritise workload
• Maintenance of systems & networks
• Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd/3rd line
• Responsible for hardware & software system updates

Key skills:

• Active Directory
• Office 365 products
• Business Information Technology certification
• Full UK driving licence
