Role Overview:
As our Mechanical Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all aspects related to mechanical installations on site. You will manage teams of skilled workers and ensure that all projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your keen eye for detail combined with excellent communication skills make you the perfect candidate for this role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience managing large teams
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledgeable about different types of machinery used within construction sites
Responsibilities:
In addition, responsibilities include but not limited too;
* Overseeing installation processes such as ventilation systems.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation regarding building codes/regulations.
* Managing project time lines while ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage.
* Identifying any potential issues or risks during operation hours; developing solutions accordingly
