Our client is a successful company based in Banbury. They are an accountancy firm specialising in accountancy and business advice. The company has 3 offices across the UK, providing audit, accounting, payroll, taxation and business advice across a vast amount of sectors. They are now looking to acquire the services of a Receptionist to join their team. This person will be taking all calls for the office and re-directing them to the appropriate people, alongside greeting visitors and performing some general admin tasks. The ideal candidate would be someone with either previous reception experience or customer service experience.Please Note: This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday. This position will be fully on-site each day, working 40 hours a week (8.15 am – 5.15 pm).Main Responsibilities• Receive and handle calls using Microsoft Teams.• Provide a seamless front-of-house experience for any visitors.• Preparing meeting rooms to ensure an excellent client experience.• Accurately process post, deliveries, couriers and international mail.• Respond efficiently to admin requests from all areas of the business.• Support HR with confidential admin when required.• Ensure parking and external premises are fit for purpose and maintained by the facilities team.• Support users with queries regarding the electronic booking system.• Support with meeting room set up.• Manage electronic sign-in and sign-out of technology.• Maintain and order consumables for the business.• Unlock premises ready for office opening.Key Skills• Computer literate including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.• Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work both independently and within a team.• Flexible.• Organisational and administrative skills.• Accuracy.• Decision making.• Confidentiality.• Rapport and trust.• Strong presence.Additional Information• This role is fully on-site.• The working hours are 8.15 am – 5.15 pm.• Auto-enrolment pension scheme.• Vitality healthcare after completing one year's service, this is for one person but family can be added for a small cost.• 23 days holidays + bank holidays.• Cycle to work scheme.• Employee assistance scheme.• Online employee benefits portal.If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period to .
