We recruiting for a leading Financial Services organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and progressive career opportunities. Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their teams are seeking a number of trainee and experienced Client Service Associates/Customer Service Associates within their Surrey based offices.

Offering great flexibility, after training, the roles will offer hybrid working, where you will be able to split you working time between the office and home.

These varied roles provide their clients/customers and advisers with help, expertise and guidance on a range enquiries using various interactions in order to build strong relationships, whilst also offering an excellent level of customer satisfaction. These are very much career progressive roles, where you continue to develop your skills, knowledge and experience that will enable you to choose your career path in Client Services or within the wider business

As an Associate within this area, you will be provided with full product training in order to understand and provide first line support to customers, advisers and members. The focus of the teams is to help customers manage their investments with ease and providing knowledge and guidance to help support them in the future.

You will already be working within a customer service type environment and will now be seeking a new progressive career opportunity within an organisation that have specifically created these roles order to offer ongoing training and true long-term career development.

In order to be considered, it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and willing to learn, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills coupled with the proven ability in being able to listen, understand and liaise at all levels.
