Robertson Bell are proud to be working with an exciting Education organisation as they go out to market for a Personal Assistant to the Principal. This opportunity will be based in the office full time, offering the chance to help drive the successful of the organisation by being the principal’s first point of contact for any queries and questions.

The Person Assistant will;

  • Manage the Principal’s diary on a daily basis, keeping excellent time management whilst organising their calendar.
  • Proactively support the Principal with a variety of different office management activities and being their first point of contact for all queries.
  • Dealing with a variety of internal and external individuals, such as teachers, other members of staff, and parents on occasion. This could be done on email, or on the phone.

The successful candidate will;

  • Ideally have previous experience working in the Education sector within a similar position.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills as well as brilliant communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with students, and colleagues.
