Music Teacher Wanted:

Are you ready to inspire young minds and ignite a passion for music? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Barking and Dagenham. As a Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the musical journey of our students, helping them to explore their talents and reach their full potential.

Music Teacher Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive music lessons to students across all key stages.
  • Develop and implement a diverse and stimulating curriculum that caters to varying levels of musical ability.
  • Foster a love for music through innovative teaching methods and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, and concerts.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them to develop their musical skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular links and enrich the overall school experience.

Music Teacher Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Experience teaching music in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
