The Role - SEN Music Teacher
This school are looking for an SEN Teacher to start on a full time contract. You must be a fully qualified teacher that holds QTS or QTLS and has experience teaching in a mainstream or SEN school. You will be required to teach Music at to pupils aged 4-16 years with Special Needs including Autism, SLD, MLD, PMLD and Speech and Language Needs. Some students have Sensory Processing needs. Some students display challenging behaviours associated with their special needs. Students are working at early levels and accessing a sensory curriculum.
You will have support from a highly skilled SEN TA's to deliver Music sessions. This is a growing department and there will be scope for middle Leadership.
