  • We are currently seeking a field based HVAC Engineer to support our client in their discreet and attentive aftercare service for luxury indoor climates.
  • This role would be working with a growing family run SME based in Hemel Hempstead who specialize within the servicing, repairs and installation of Climate Control equipment including Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation.
  • As an Aftercare Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to attend residential sites and carry out the required repairs or maintenance.
  • Requirements for this position include F-Gas qualifications to a minimum of category 2 and a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • The salary for this position is £50,000 and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

We are currently seeking a field basedHVAC Engineerto support our client in their discreet and attentive aftercare service for luxury indoor climates, this role would be working with a growing family run SME based inHemel Hempsteadwho specialise within the servicing, repairs and installation of Climate Control equipment includingAir Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation.

As an Aftercare Engineer your primary responsibility will be to attend residential sites and carry out the required repairs or maintenance.

Key duties and responsibilities...

  • Plan and schedule visits to ensure timely arrival at appointments. Where required obtain permission for access to clients premises. Carry out the required scheduled actions and leave the premised neat and tidy.
  • Abiding by F-Gas rules of work ensure the safe handling of fluorinated refrigerants.
  • Keep records of gas recovery, leak checking and recharge within the system.
  • Disposal of waste products and materials using correct procedures.
  • Ordering and collecting material required for any repair.
  • Checking stock of service materials and spare parts in vans and restocking as necessary.
  • Work to a 95% first time fix rate to minimise return visit bookings.

Requirements

  • Representing the Company suitably at all times.
  • Dependable, reliable and timely execution of all tasks.
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely reports of daily activity.
  • F-Gas qualifications to a minimum of category 2
  • Full UK driving license - Max 6 Points

Hours- Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
