Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum for primary education.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies, resources, and educational programs.
  • Establish strong communication and relationships with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, recognized in the UK.
  • Proven experience as a primary school teacher with a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational best practices.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with diverse educational needs and abilities.
  • Previous experience in a UK-based primary school setting.
  • Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities or school events.
