Destination Education is recruiting a number of SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream primary schools in Barnet. These are class-based roles focused on helping children with identified additional needs to access learning alongside their peers, in line with their EHCPs.You will be working within a structured classroom environment, supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, depending on individual need. The roles require a consistent, patient approach and a clear understanding of how to support pupils with specific learning, communication, or behavioural needs while promoting inclusion and independence.There are multiple vacancies available, with start dates between now and February, as well as April starts. Key responsibilities
  • Provide in-class SEN support within a mainstream primary setting
