Page Group are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business who have diverse customer base, with 85% being based across Europe, Asia and the America's. This role will liaise directly with international customers, managing all interactions and orders, providing a world class service at all times

Description

• Provide a world class level of service to customer during all interactions
• Provide customers with pricing and quotations based on their specific requirements
• Manage customer orders from order processing through to fulfilment, making aware of any potential changes throughout
• Liaise with production to understand stock levels and lead times
• Provide customers with responses within pre agreed service levels
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across the UK and Internationally
• Build and maintain relationships with key B2B Customers
• Undertake ad-hoc admin requirements based on customer needs

Profile

• Experience managing b2b customers
• Excellent level of customer service
• Strong team player
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritise in a time sensitive environment

Any additional language would be a bonus

Job Offer

The role of International Customer Service Manager will join a manufacturing business based in Barnsley.

The business working hours are 07-00 to 3-30 Monday to Friday

Salary of offer between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
