With a strong presence in the local market, the firm offers a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged and valued.The Role:As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, covering all aspects of commercial property law. You will work closely with a broad range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, providing expert advice on property transactions, leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.Key Responsibilities:* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring a high standard of service. * Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments. * Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents. * Conducting due diligence and property investigations. * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. * Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the development of the team.What We're Looking For:* A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property law. * Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. * A team player with a commitment to providing outstanding client service. * Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is desirable.
