  • Support the in-house legal team in managing and defending claims brought against the organisation
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, evidence bundles, and correspondence related to disputes
  • Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including debt recovery challenges and contractual disagreement
  • Liaise with external legal representatives, courts, and internal departments to coordinate case responses
  • Conduct legal research and draft responses to pre-action protocol letters and formal claims
  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing cases and ensure timely responses to legal deadlines
  • Contribute to the development of internal legal processes and compliance standards
  • Work closely with senior legal staff to mitigate legal risk and support resolution strategies
