Futures manufacturing are looking to appoint a Production Lead working with a client based in the South Yorkshire region who supply a niche product to a number of highly regulated industries.
You will support production getting products out of the door in the most time efficient way possible. The successful Production lead will be a great communicator and have the ability to lead a small team of operatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, sickness, disciplinarians, and bereavements.
- Oversee projects from start to finish managing stakeholders during the process.
- Reduce downtime of machinery.
- Ensure production levels are in line with targets and client expectations.
- Support a small team of semi-skilled and skilled operatives.
- Implement lean strategies.
- Work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ensure a safe working environment is paramount.
