Accounts Receivable AdministratorNorth Devon (Office or Hybrid or Remote)Temporary£23,000 - £25,000

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our client based in North Devon on an ongoing temporary basis.

This role would suit an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator that thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Ledger function, as well as dealing with expenses claims. This role can be performed remotely, hybrid or office based, so offers fantastic flexibility for working.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Receivable - recording, verifying, and reconciling invoices with delivery receipts/purchase orders.
  • Reconciling supplier statements to AP ledger.
  • Supporting the AP lead to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Matching receipts to expenses claims and resolving queries regarding expenses.
  • Setting up accounts in the expense system & processing claims in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring expense claims comply with UK legislation.

Essential Skills:

  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a drive to get stuck in to challenges.
  • Excellent organisation skills and eye for detail, with the ability to manage their time/prioritise tasks around tight deadlines.
  • Results orientated with a passion for achieving results.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Good Excel skills.
