We are working with a fantastic local business seeking a skilled Sales Ledger and Credit Control Administrator to join the team.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay:
23k - 26k Depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Customer files and setting credit limits
- Posting payments to customer ledger
- Producing timely reports and debtor information
- Handling and dealing with queries as they arise
- Raising sales invoices
- Building and maintaining rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks
Skills & Experience
- PC/keyboard skills are essential
- Ability to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
- Attention to detail is essential
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication
- Previous admin experience in a sales ledger would be an advantage
