Senior Planning Officer (Enforcement)

We are looking for a Senior Planning Officer (Enforcement) to join our friendly and welcoming team.

You will need to demonstrate planning experience; be able to apply planning policy and legislation on a range of matters; and be confident, self - motivated and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a new post which has been secured as part of investment in the Development Management Team.

As part of the wider Development Management team, you will play an important role in investigating and resolving cases of alleged breaches of planning control to help us deliver a high quality Planning Enforcement Service. You will be working alongside a wider compliance team within North Devon Council.
