What you’ll be doing
- Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
- Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities
- Integration and production qualification activities
- Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products
- Work Package generation and execution
 The skills you need
- Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Coordinate and lead the delivery of engineering work packages
- Manage the capture, analysis, traceability, configuration and V&V of product requirements
- Provide technical expertise and support to the Business Development function including the generation of technical proposals and bids.
- Define system architectures that will drive system design
- Knowledge of military systems and hardware development
- Awareness with requirements management tools and processes
- Experience with naval design (Weapons & Sonar) and underwater acoustics would be desirable
