KM4HR are exclusively recruiting a HR Business Partner with previous experience supporting in both operational and strategic led roles for this consumer focussed business.

With strong teams in both the UK and Ireland, you will be the newest addition to the existing HR team, collaboratively working with one other HRBP, whilst remotely reporting in the senior leadership team in London.

This position is based in the North Devon area and requires someone living locally due to the flexibility needed with diaries. The role is a flexible hybrid position which, on average, will need you to be in the office 3 days per week.

Background Required:

Previous experience gained as a HR Business Partner, supporting colleagues at all levels from operator to leadership, and ideally in a shift-based environment is preferred.

You will, as part of a team of 2, support in the following areas;

  • Team Management/Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Lifecyle, to include; onboarding and offboarding, absence monitoring (authorised and unauthorised), contractual milestones
  • Project support particularly around, but not limited to, transformation programmes
  • Management of systems and data held and used by the HR team and wider business

Experience Required

  • Similar responsibility gained within a HR Business Partner role previously
  • Exposure to both corporate and SME environment, supporting large or diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong HR generalist experience
  • Associated professional qualification (CIPD level 5 or higher would be ideal)
  • Experience of working within organisations that combine both blue and white collar workers desirable
