We are currently recruiting qualified secondary school teachers of any subject in the North Devon area where Hays is working closely with several schools and supporting them with their recruitment needs. The teaching roles we are currently recruiting for offer you complete control and flexibility, meaning you can select either a full-time or part-time work pattern. In addition, your pay will reflect the responsibilities involved in the role, which can sometimes include planning and marking, however, this will be discussed with you during our registration process, where you will meet your personal consultant and discuss your ideal work scenario. We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers.

What you'll need to succeed For all teaching roles with Hays, you will need to provide the necessary documents required for our compliance process, which includes eligibility to work in the UK, recent teaching or placement references, teaching qualifications, and a recent proof of address. We can help you obtain a new DBS if necessary, which you only pay for once in a role with Hays. Flexibility in this role is desired, including the ability to adapt your teaching techniques to suit the needs of your students. Demonstrating professional conduct at all times is essential, which includes adhering to all safeguarding policies. We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies and can offer guaranteed contracts offering financial security.
