My prestigious client based in Barrow-in-Furness, are currently recruiting for a highly professional, enthusiastic and personable Customer Experience Manager to join their growing team on a full time and permanent basis. 

The client is a specialist company, involved in the provision of software and data processing solutions into various niche sectors, and are fast becoming market leaders within their field. 

With key clients nationwide, including big global names, they are a remarkable organisation within their field and would like a candidate to join them with the same passion to succeed. 

This exciting opportunity is immediately vacant, and the successful candidates' roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

As part of the Client Relationship Team, the main purpose of the Customer Experience Manager role is to manage and support the development of new and existing clients and projects to enable a best in class client service experience. You will be the point of contact for clients on all relationship matters, including new developments, operational queries, regular service reviews and client visits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing, maintaining and developing a positive working relationship with a number of clients
  • Planning, hosting and reporting on client review and development meetings in person or using conference facility platforms.
  • Responding to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email and Teams meetings
  • Maintaining records of client communications, meetings while adhering to companies’ policies and procedures
  • Working with the Client Relationship Team and other teams throughout the business to support clients in their requirements.
  • Attending meetings at client’s offices around the UK
  • Reporting internally and externally on progress and growth of your client accounts.
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new clients and nurturing and building lasting client relations.
  • Being part of project teams for client specific developments and requirements
  • Working with the Marketing Team and external agencies to implement client acquisition and marketing needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A personable and professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • A strong team player who can work collaboratively with people across the business.
  • A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly around the country by both train and car (hired) to attend client meetings.
  • The ability to stay overnight when visiting clients or attending exhibitions
