A well-established multi-service law firm in the Vale of Glamorgan are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to support their busy Barry office on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors to the office, including registering external guests on the booking system.
- Support the admin team with the meet and greet, rooms set up and administration when required.
- Taking and transferring phone calls to the right department, taking messages and managing the system so that all data is correct and up to date.
- Manage meeting rooms including regular room and equipment checks.
You will have:
- Excellent customer service experience gained within a similar or client-facing role
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a highly professional attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity at all times
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
