Salary: Dependant on experience

Shift: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm Friday 8.30am-2.00pm

Location: Barwell

We are currently recruiting a Designer, with an emphasis on creating a range of designs including hats, scarves, throws, jumpers and cushions,to join a great manufacturer and supplier of high quality goods for the sports and leisure industry. This is an opportunity to join a company exporting sporting goods on a weekly basis priding themselves in a high quality service and quick turn around time.

The Designer Role;

• Designing kitted items using Photoshop and Adobe Creative
• Working on briefs from the sales team, you will be creating a range of designs for a variety of products
• You will also be designing packaging and header cards, tags and labels etc
• Need to understand and comply with brand guidelines
• Produce detailed costings for sales tenders and quotations
• Assist fellow designs in checking the products against your design to ensure they are correct

The Designer Candidate;

• Previous experience in a similar design environment
• Competency in Adobe creative, Photoshop or similar packages
• Ability to understand and interpret customer briefs
• Able to functionindependentlyor in a small team working to time sensitive client requirements
• Comfortable liaising with Production, Sales Team and Clients
• Relevant qualification in Design or similar subjects is desirable
