I am searching for a creative and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant with strong technical skills to join a talented team in Essex. The practice creates innovative designs across Retail, Residential and Leisure projects of all scales whilst ensuring client specifications are always met.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be confident in their abilities and should have experience working on Retail projects. You should boast creative design flare and have a strong attention to detail.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
Experience across Retail projects is essential
Motivated to develop and progress your career
Confidence to learn and manage projects independently
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Brilliant communication skills
Keen eye for detail and creative design flare
Good knowledge of industry standard software
