Accounts Assistant - Credit Control

Accounts Assistant - Credit Controller required for immediate start

I am looking for an experienced credit controller - accounts assistant, to work for my client within their small friendly team, with nice surroundings and a flexible environment.

You will be office based

Monday - Friday 9-5pm with an hour for lunch

Offering a competitive salary of upto £32,000 per annum DOE

With free on site parking

You must posses:-

Good Sage and Excel knowledge

Along with excellent communication skills and work ethic

Duties:

• Posting bacs and cheque payments to sage on daily basis
• You will need to chase customers for overdue accounts via phone / email
• Deal with customer enquiries and queries,
• Send copy invoices and send monthly statements
• Chase letters - mid month
• Answer daily emails
• Take credit card payments
• Collate information for offsite accountants for year end.
• Plus, ad-hoc duties that are encompassed within the accounts department.
