Project Manager - Specialist Security Construction

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of security construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while leading a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on schedule.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to communicate project milestones and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on security infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the security and construction sectors.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is desirable but not essential.
