Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Elderly Care Homes

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join a leading elderly care organisation in Essex. The ideal candidate will have experience in care recruitment and team building, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
• Screen, interview and assess potential candidates for suitability and cultural fit
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees
• Facilitate on-boarding and training of new hires
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies
• Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment and staffing activities
• Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and progress

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in the care sector
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our residents
