Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Elderly Care Homes

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join a leading elderly care organisation in Essex. The ideal candidate will have experience in care recruitment and team building, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Screen, interview and assess potential candidates for suitability and cultural fit
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees
- Facilitate on-boarding and training of new hires
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment and staffing activities
- Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and progress
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in the care sector
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
