Boston Hale are hiring for a Financial Operations Manager for an organisation based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be qualified accountant with significant experience of financial operations.
- Leading the day to day financial processing operations
- Managing credit control, accounts payable, and income teams
- Managing up to 20 members of staff
- Promoting the redesign and implementation of changes to working practices and procedures, to meet legislative and regulatory requirements
- Analyse trends to inform decision making on key financial strategies and policies
- Providing monthly management information for all areas of responsibility
- Taking responsibility for technical accounting entries in the ledger and compliance with accounting standards and applicable rules
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating transaction processing policies
- Identifying and making recommendations to improve value for money and financial control
