Reed Supply Chain & Procurement are now looking for a Customs Clerk to join a thriving Freight Forwarding company in Essex.

Our client is looking for a keen and enthusiastic CUSTOMS CLERK who has at least 3 years+ experience within imports and exports operations.

Duties would include:

Handling imports and export operations
Completing various customs entries (CFSP, IPR & HMRC)
Completing month end declarations
Liaising with customs on a daily basis
Handling customer queries
Monitoring compliance of all customs regulations

Skills needed:

3 years + experience within the freight industry
Customs entry experience (month end declarations)
Attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Proactive
Self-motivated
