Interim Head of Service - Adoption

NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit for an Interim Head of Service who can join an adoption charity with a very good reputation, in the London area.
This is an ongoing contract role, while they are recruiting for a permanent position.
They are looking for a Head of Service who can ensure high quality adoption support and a sufficient supply of adopters that reflects the diversity of the countries they are adopting from.
Responsibilities of the Head of Service:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Service will take the lead responsibility (under Ofsted registration) as the Adoption Manager. You will provide clear and visible leadership for the Managers in your service and also you will work with senior managers in the development and definition of new services, ensuring that the operational procedures which support service delivery are fit for purpose.
Requirements:
Please apply if you are a senior manager (Head of Service, Service Manager) and if you have experience in adoption. You must also have a driving license.
