Job Description:We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you are looking for a career change or starting your journey in healthcare, we provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed for this rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist clients with their morning and evening routines, including getting in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Medication Administration: Help clients take their prescribed medication.
• Running Errands: Support clients with errands such as shopping and picking up prescriptions.
• Companionship: Provide social interaction, a friendly conversation, humor, and a positive atmosphere.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing beds, and washing up.
• Meal Preparation: Cook and prepare various meals throughout the day, ensuring clients enjoy nutritious, home-cooked food.

Shifts Available Monday to Sunday:

• Morning Shift: 7 AM - 2:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM - 10 PM
• Part-Time Morning: 7 AM - 12 PM
• Part-Time Afternoon: 12 PM - 5 PM
• Evening Shift: 5 PM - 10 PM

Qualifications:

• No previous experience necessary; full training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation needed.

Pay: £11.59-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
