An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious Town Planner to join a well-established residential company in Essex.

Penguin Recruitment are please to be supporting the UK largest Residential Park and Holiday Home operator in their hire of a Town Planner to their West Thurrock based team.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Chairman and Estates Director to take forward planning applications from start to finish, investigate sites, and more. You will work on existing projects, maximising space, and assisting the expansion into existing land.

The ideally candidate will have previous experience ideally within residential work, and experience with lawful use advantageous, however all Planning backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be a methodical thinking and team player!
