Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their large traditional build scheme based in Essex. The scheme consists of 250 plus traditional build units.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day site activities on site which will include managing sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety, writing weekly reports and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The scheme is at mix stages of build, which includes superstructure through to internals.

You must have strong experience working on residential schemes, working for UK House builders and able to meet deadlines.

This a temp to perm position here and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate here.
