Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a specialist contractor in Essex, this will be working on a large civils infrastructure project.

Overview responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor.

• Managing financials of all self-delivered work
• Compensation events
• Pricing additional works
• CVR's
• Application for payments
• Working with multiple specialist sub-contractors
• Beneficial to have some estimating and pricing on first principles
• Reviewing programmes and creating cost forecasts
• Picking up any variations on the project

Quantity Surveyor package:

• 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)
