We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's ever growing team as a Service Coordinator on a permanent basis located in Basildon.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a small team of engineers.
- You will be responsible for communicating and planning with engineers.
- Ordering required parts.
- Providing quotes and liaising with clients and customers.
- General administrative duties.
- Completing invoices and paperwork.
For this role you will need:
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Experience working with Microsoft office - word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong work ethic.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. This is an office-based role with onsite parking.
The salary for this position is between 26,000-30,000 depending on experience.
