To investigate, resolve and report on complaints received for Property and Savings customers, providing the highest level of customer experience and delivery fair and justified customer outcomes. The complaints handler will be responsible for the handling and response of complaints into the business, as well as interaction with the Financial Ombudsman Service on behalf of the business

Description

Mortgage Adviser & Complaints Handler, Basingstoke:

  • Answering high volume inbound calls within the agreed service levels from intermediaries
  • and solicitors
  • Providing outstanding customer service - Investigating complex queries
  • Liaising with customers, brokers, sales, finance FOS and others to resolve queries
  • Adhere to service standards as set out in the policies and procedures manual
  • Reducing the application to offer time. I accomplished and met my KPIs within 3 months of
  • starting
  • Chasing for any outstanding documentation required to offer the case
  • Sending requirements to brokers
  • Dealing with customer quires by phone, email and post
  • Managing a pipeline of cases
  • Building a close relationship with the sales team and Underwriters to enhance the process
  • from both a service and quality perspective

Profile

Mortgage Adviser & Complaints Handler, Basingstoke:

  • You will have worked in FSA regulated environment - Ideally within property, mortgages or savings environment
  • You will have worked with FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service)
  • You will be really strong in looking into complex financially based customer complaints
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills

Job Offer
