They have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to work in their Basingstoke office (hours 8-5)
Duties include
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the customer service department.
- Working as part of a team handling all the day to day functions
- Organising the dispatch of parts
- Liaising with engineers and regional managers to ensure equipment lists are Up To Date
- Liaising with purchasing and logistics to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders.
