This well-established organisation is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would suit someone who is seeking a long term career working for a highly professional and forward thinking organisation. This is a full-time office based role in Basingstoke and the working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.
Duties
- Responding to incoming/outgoing customer calls
- Advising customers with regards to their savings products
- Provide support to customers wishing to open accounts
- Management and maintenance of customer accounts
Skills
- Grades A-C / 9-4 in English and Maths.
- Telephone experience
- Customer service driven
- Positive "cando" attitude
- Works well in a team but can also be self-motivated
- Keen eye for detail
- Good understanding of working on computer, specifically with Microsoft Office products
- Good at multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Comes across clear and well-spoken via telephone
